18 years ago, at age 18, I left Oklahoma.
Honestly, at the time, I couldn’t envision my future in staying. But a lot has changed; I’ve changed, and so has Oklahoma.
I’ve recently joined the Tulsa Remote program. In its third year, the program is designed to attract remote workers and entrepreneurs living outside of Oklahoma and support them with a $10,000 grant, office space, and community-building opportunities in Tulsa.
While in Tulsa, I’ll continue my work building affordable, global online higher education opportunities with O.P. Jindal Global University through its partnership with Coursera.
After nearly a decade of living abroad, I’m excited to reconnect with my Oklahoma roots and engage in the increasingly vibrant Tulsa community.
